What are the available payment methods?
MyNursery uses secure, recurring payment methods. You maintain complete control over your subscription and can cancel at any time with no extra fees. This automated system minimizes the administrative tasks required to settle your invoices, avoiding any service interruptions and allowing you to focus on what truly matters: the quality of your services.
Our accepted payment methods are:

Credit Cards: A practical, secure option allowing you to settle your invoices quickly and confidently. Credit cards grant you immediate access to your PRO dashboard right after payment.

SEPA Direct Debit: An ideal solution for recurring payments directly from your IBAN bank account. Since not every professional has a business credit card, SEPA Direct Debit provides an equally simple alternative. An activation email will be sent to you as soon as the mandate and payment are verified.

Assisted Setup & Invoicing: You can contact us directly by phone or email, and our team will create your account for you free of charge. You will then receive a standard invoice for manual payment and can easily update your content whenever you need.
♦ I have chosen a plan to become a partner—what happens next?
Once your chosen plan is active, you retain full control over your listing throughout the entire subscription period. A reminder email will be sent to you 7 days before your current period ends.
During these final 7 days, you have two options:

Continue your partnership: If you wish to maintain your visibility, no action is required. Your recurring subscription will automatically renew, and the payment will be processed via your saved payment method for a new 12-month period (renewing annually in the same manner).

Cancel your subscription: If you unfortunately decide to leave us, simply log into your personal dashboard and remove your saved payment method within these final 7 days (this can also be done at any point prior to this window). No further charges will be made, and your listing will be deactivated when your current term expires.
♦ What if my business expands?
If you decide to add an extra location or listing during your current subscription cycle, the additional cost will be billed pro-rata based on the time remaining on your initial contract. You will only pay for the remaining months of your original subscription, allowing you to align and renew all your listings together for the next period.
"Example: If you open a second store or an additional childcare facility 9 months after your initial registration (on a 12-month plan), the second location will only be invoiced for the 3 remaining months of your original term."
