By comparing today's date with these contract dates, our algorithm automatically calculates upcoming availability, displayed directly on the interactive map and search listings:

• Immediate openings

• Part-time / flexible places available

• Place available within 3 months

• Place available within 4 to 6 months

• Place available within 7 to 9 months

• Place available within 10 to 12 months

• Available in more than 12 months / fully booked

• A full-time place: Full-time care for a child across standard weekly opening hours.

• A part-time slot: Specific half-days (mornings or afternoons) or set weekly days.

Because each childcare setting manages its own schedule, we recommend contacting the provider directly to confirm specific part-time arrangements.

Yes! By creating a free and secure account (via the Parent login at the top right), you can easily bookmark your preferred providers to your favourites list.

You can save any type of listing across our ecosystem (childcare settings, shops, nannies, or support services).

No. MyNursery is an informative digital ecosystem providing real-time availability and transparent information. You can shortlist the options that fit your family's needs and reach out directly using the contact details on each profile card to complete your registration.

Yes! With your permission, MyNursery uses geolocation to show nearby providers. You can also search by specific city, municipality, or postcode anywhere across Belgium.

This allows you to explore options close to home, near your workplace, near the grandparents' home, or along your daily commute.

Note: Geolocation data remains strictly private and is processed in full compliance with GDPR regulations.

Unfortunately not, it will take some time for this tool to be fully effective. Only partner advertisers will be accessible with their full contact details. Whether for a childcare service or for a reception centre, only the points shown in color on the map are partners.

The points referenced in gray are places known to carry out a type of activity useful to parents. These places are displayed there, as an indication but are not yet partners.

Our first challenge was to set up this project, the second is in progress, to make it widely known to everyone, so that everyone can take the measure of the usefulness of such a tool and that it becomes a reference in this field.

Our ecosystem is continuously expanding. To help you navigate the map:

• Coloured markers: Active partner providers with complete, up-to-date profiles and direct contact details.

• Grey markers: Providers indexed for informational purposes, whose profiles are not yet actively managed.

How can I find a specific service or shop for parents and children?

Simply select the relevant category filter at the top of the page (e.g. Services or Shops) and enter a keyword in the search bar (such as "holiday camp", "montessori", or "stroller").

The platform instantly highlights matching providers based on their service descriptions. To start a new search, just clear the keyword and enter a new one.

To actively support the childcare sector and offer families a truly complete overview, registration is 100% FREE for all childcare facilities, nannies, and children's support services.

To ensure continuous development, maintenance, and platform independence, we offer a dedicated plan for baby and children's shops at €39.80 incl. VAT for 12 months.

This cost is 100% tax-deductible as a business expense.

What is the duration of an advertiser subscription?

The membership for paying partners (specialised shops) is valid for 12 months starting from the payment date.

To reward partner loyalty and ensure long-term visibility, renewals at the end of each period are offered free of charge.

(Reminder: registration for childcare settings and children's services remains entirely free and ongoing).

• VAT-registered businesses (standard deduction): 100% VAT recovery.

• Small businesses exempt from VAT: full deduction of the total invoice amount including VAT.

• Childcare facilities and childminders: Registration is free. If you choose optional paid promotion, your specific sectoral tax regime applies (such as tax-exempt expense allowances).

Yes. Although B2B transactions do not carry a statutory cooling-off period, MyNursery offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date for paying partners.

If you change your mind within 14 calendar days, email us at info@mynursery.be, and we will issue a full refund without complications.

Multi-location managers can access a central dashboard to oversee all premises. You can assign dedicated permissions to local staff so they can manage only their branch (opening hours, photos, real-time childcare availability). All updates publish instantly across the platform without delay.

Yes! Partners can post open job vacancies directly to connect with qualified professionals and recruit motivated early childhood staff within a specialised network.

To provide families with a comprehensive view from day one, we indexed publicly available information to map existing facilities:
